Any author whose work is displayed on these pages retains all rights and privileges regarding the publication and distribution of his or her work.  Tintas will publish the pieces only with the implicit agreement that such publication is authorized by the copyright holder.  As such, all works published by Tintas are the temporary domain of Tintas and the otherwise exclusive property of their authors.  Any copying, republication or redistribution of any kind whereby the individual benefits from this distribution, without the express permission of the author is a violation of both Federal and International Copyright laws. 

It is the intention of Tintas to soon make available, in electronic form, the full text of selected manuscripts, of verse, fiction, and essay, which both the editors and authors agree may distributed in such form.  Look for this feature in the coming months.
