THE ETHICAL THEATRE
Course-specific paperback, featuring landmark works from Enlightenment through present day
January 6, 2011

This text is unique to our sections of ACS and will provide important background information about each of the historical periods we will be studying. The book is designed as a primer from which we will draw one or two days of readings to complement the other works discussed in class.

This coursepack is now available in the Villanova bookstore. Additional background reading and research is always encouraged, but will be done by students, at their discretion and/or in connection with written assignments. This anthology contains our second required reading: excerpts from René Descartes' Principles of Philosophy, as well as several other required short texts.
